Benefits of Tear Trough Fillers – the unsung hero of tweakments
Tear troughs are the delicate areas under your eyes. This area is an area that can be prone to losing collagen, hollowing or showing dark under-eye circles, that can worsen over time and are more prominent due to the delicate nature of the area. Tear trough fillers are a non-invasive and non-surgical procedure where hyaluronic acid filler is carefully injected underneath the delicate area of your eye. This plumps and smooths out the area around your eye and the orbital bone, reducing the appearance of the hollowing, diminishing sagging skin and minimising shadows.

Tear trough fillers help to strengthen the skin under the eye and can improve the appearance of dark circles by covering inflamed and dark blood vessels, helping you to look less tired and generally brighter. By injecting volume underneath the eye area, it supports the skin, and the added volume reduces fine lines and wrinkles in the area, helping you look more youthful.
Hyaluronic filler is made with naturally occurring hyaluronic acid, and can hold up to 1000 times its weight in water. When used for tear trough fillers, it brings hydration to the area and boosts the delicate skin. With the many benefits of tear trough fillers, it is becoming an increasingly popular treatment and really is the unsung hero of aesthetic treatments. It is a subtle treatment that can make a big difference to your overall appearance, without it being notable what has been done.
