I recently had a Zoom consultation with Dr Humble at Hedox. I was super impressed with his professionalism and level of knowledge. He took the time to listen to my concerns and hear the journey I've been on with my skin over the last several years. Following the consultation he recommended the Obagi Clenziderm range, in addition to some additional products and tips. I received all the products promptly and the service from the administration team was excellent. I've been following the morning and evening routine he recommended for about a week and have already seen a significant improvement to my acne prone skin and reduction to the inflammation. I've been really impressed with the high level of service from staff at Hedox Clinic. I had an initial consultation via Zoom with Dr Humble and following this have been using Obagi and SkinCeuticals products. Emma and Sasha are attentive and products are always received quickly in the post. I've recommended Hedox Clinic to others who now also use their services. Highly recommend Hedox Clinic. I have found Dr Humble to be very knowledgable and helpful in trying to establish the best treatmento address your concerns. There is no pressure or obligation to purchase any products! He is very thorough in his consult from start to finish together with a formal letter documenting the consultation. The other support staff at Hedox Clinic that work with Dr Humble have been super friendly and the customer service has been impeccable! I have spoken mostly to Emma and found her such a pleasure to chat to, friendly bubbly and on the ball!
