Obagi-C C-Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free toner specifically formulated for normal to oily skin, this alcohol-free, non-drying toner adjusts your skin’s pH without drying out your skin.

Suitable for:

  • Normal-oily skin

Your commitment:

  • Best used in conjunction with the Obagi-C System, stabilising the delicate pH levels of the skin.
  • Part of your new daily skin care regime.
  • Step 1: Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing.
  • Step 2: Pump a small amount (3-4 pumps) onto a cotton pad and gently wipe over entire face.
  • Step 3: Allow the product to air dry completely; do not rinse off.

Results:

A refreshed, clear and matte complexion, the Obagi-C Balancing Toner will strip back excess oil, without drying the skin.  Balancing the pH levels and preparing the skin for the follow-on steps within the Obagi-C Fx System, the Vitamin C complex reduces hyperpigmentation, and promotes new collagen all whilst neutralising free radicals.  Naturally occurring in the skin, sodium PCA (pyrrolidone carboxylic acid) is an excellent hydrating agent and replenishes the skin within the formulation of this light toner.  Witch hazel antiseptically cleanses the skin, reducing pores and aloe vera soothes any inflammatory response while skin tone is evened out.
