Terms and Conditions for the Online Purchase of Cosmeceuticals at Hedox Clinic

  1. Introduction: The Hedox Clinic (hereinafter referred to as “the Clinic”) promotes and sells a variety of cosmeceutical and prescription skincare products through its virtual terminal on the clinic website (https://www.hedoxclinic.co.uk/shop). These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set out the basis upon which the Clinic provides its online purchase services to its customers. By accessing or using the online purchase services provided by the Clinic, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  2. Merchant Information: The Clinic is owned by Hedox Ltd (Company registration number 10810513) and is based in the United Kingdom. The company correspondence address is Dr Stephen Humble, c/o 23 Harley Street Consultation Rooms, London, W1G 9QN.
  3. Medical Consultation: Prescription skincare products can only be ordered following a medical consultation.
  4. Delivery: UK delivery is free of charge for orders over £70 and items are sent via First Class Royal Mail. Overseas shipping is not currently possible due to Brexit implications and extra costs. A discounted special delivery ‘next working day guaranteed’ service is available for £4.99 – we recommend that customers use this service.
  5. Returns and Refunds: Returns of cosmeceutical products are accepted in accordance with UK statutory rights. Returned cosmeceutical products will be refunded in full, subject to the packaging being unopened, untampered, and undamaged. Return postage costs will not be reimbursed.
  6. Discounts: Any discounts offered cannot be used in conjunction with each other. Only the maximum/highest value discount will apply at any one time. For example, if a 15% discount code is presented, this will be used instead of the standard 5% discount for spends over £100. Discretionary discounts applied or offered (as part of a referral reward or recommending the clinic to a friend) can be used once only, against the next treatment or purchase. Additional discounts can be rewarded for additional referrals, but each is redeemable on a single occasion, i.e. a one-time discount per referral/recommendation. The new subscriber discount code is eligible for new customers and clients only and provides a one time £20 credit to redeem against the first purchase or treatment (treatments under £200 are excluded and discount will remain on account until the next treatment or purchase). The code must be quoted and can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for anything else.
  7. Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
  8. Changes to Terms: The Clinic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the Clinic’s website and will become effective upon posting.
  9. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Clinic and its customers with respect to the online purchase of cosmeceutical products and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties.

 Refunds & Returns Policy

  1. Products Purchased Hedox Clinic offers a variety of cosmeceuticals and prescription skincare products for purchase through our online platform. Returns of cosmeceuticals are accepted in accordance with UK statutory rights, provided that the packaging remains unopened, untampered, and undamaged. Refunds for returned cosmeceuticals will be issued minus delivery costs, and return postage costs are not reimbursed. We recommend using a signed-for or recorded delivery method due to the value of the items.
  2. Aesthetic Consultations and Treatments A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment for remote consultations or in-clinic treatments. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment, but it is not refundable unless your doctor advises that the treatment is not clinically indicated or advisable. If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit will not be refunded.
  3. Refund Processing Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours of your request and will be credited to the card used for the original purchase or booking. You will receive email confirmation of the refund, and there may be a short delay before the funds appear in your account.

Aesthetic Clinical Assessment and Treatment and Purchase of Cosmeceuticals/Prescription Skincare Policy:

  1. Clinical Services: The professional clinical aesthetic services provided by Dr. Stephen R Humble MBChB, MSc, PhD, FCARCSI and Dr. Susan Basi MBBS FRCA at Hedox Clinic are governed by these terms and conditions.
  2. Consultations: Complimentary consultations are offered for all aesthetic appointments. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment and is fully redeemable against the cost of treatment, if carried out on the same day. The deposit is not refundable for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
  3. Treatment: All clients are required to read and sign consent forms detailing the risks and benefits of aesthetic treatments before the treatment is administered. An initial consultation is mandatory to assess the suitability of the treatment and gather the medical history of the client. No refunds will be provided for any treatments taken. Payment for the treatment must be made at the time of the appointment, less any deposit paid. We do not offer post-treatment invoicing services and the balance will be automatically deducted from the card used to make the deposit in case of non-payment. Formal receipts can be provided upon request.
  4.  Cosmeceuticals/Prescription Skincare: Hedox Clinic promotes and sells a variety of cosmeceutical and prescription skincare products that can be purchased via the clinic website. Delivery options are available at the time of purchase and returns are accepted in accordance with UK statutory rights, subject to unopened and undamaged packaging. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Discounts offered for referrals or new subscribers are redeemable once only and cannot be exchanged for any other form of credit or compensation.
